Job Summary

 

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce fulfillment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures.

  • Ensure that orders are packaged and shipped securely to minimize damage.

  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding order status and any issues that arise.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to ensure that products are always in stock.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including cleaning and organizing stock.

  • Being able to support any location that may need help

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment a plus but not necessary. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 10-50 pounds regularly.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule

Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist 

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a guest-focused individual to join our e-commerce customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer issues.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, policies, and procedures.

  • They will also become well-versed in our back end administration of our e-commerce platform.

  • Respond to customer requests for information on order status, product availability, and shipping details.

  • Document all customer interactions in the company's database.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time.

  • The ability to pull, process, and package online orders in a warehouse environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient with customer service software, email, and live chat tools.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, nights, opening/closing shifts.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

Working Hours: Full-time available only 

Location: Lubbock, Tx (non-remote)
